No worries! We provide a super handy guide with lots of fun tips and tricks to make sure your bingo is a hit.
It’s hard to say exactly, as it depends on the number of participants/teams, how long the songs play, how many breaks you take, etc. Plan for about one to one and a half hours.
That’s entirely up to you! We provide a simple and short guide, so anyone who can read and use Spotify should be able to manage.
A printer, Spotify (a free account works), a speaker, and participants. Always useful.
Not at all! The cards are fully readable in both color and black-and-white.
Yes, but contact us for the pricing. However, here’s a tip: printing them yourself elsewhere is probably cheaper.
No problem! You can download a playlist from Spotify in advance. Do this at a location with a working internet connection (right-click or press and hold, then “Download”).
During the Bingo
As long as you like, but usually 20-30 seconds is enough. Just gauge how much time you have and how the participants are responding.
Don’t worry, you can speed things up in a fun way. Have all teams cross off songs with a specific title or artist under the “everyone wins” rule.
For example, have them cross off all English songs or all songs with “The” in the band name. Or songs from the ’80s or ’90s (you can pick any decade!). With that option, you turn it into a music trivia quiz!
Alternatively, you can shorten how long you play each song or skip the second-row bingo.
Be careful: sometimes it can take a while for the last bingo to appear, so don’t rush. You can extend the game by letting the songs play longer or playing a song again because you love it.
Make him sing a song, grab him a beer, get him to bring around snacks, refill everyone’s drinks, give him a consolation prize, or do all of that at once!
Payment and Invoicing
Yes, businesses can pay by invoice. Just get in touch with us. The invoice will always include the VAT number and percentage/amount.
Yes, you’ll get a free invoice with your purchase. It will include our Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, and the VAT percentage/amount, which will be 0% VAT as we are a Dutch company.
