Privacy Policy
YourMusicBingo.com values your privacy greatly. We only process data that is necessary to deliver (and improve) our services and we handle all information collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of our website and the services provided through yourmusicbingo.com. This policy is effective as of May 11, 2025. Any new version published will override previous versions. In this document, we explain what data we collect about you, how we use it, under what conditions we may share it with third parties, how we protect it, and your rights regarding your personal data.
If you have any questions about our privacy policy, please contact our privacy officer using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
Data Processing
Below you’ll find information on how we process your data, where it is stored, the security measures we use, and who has access to the data.
Gmail
We use Gmail for our regular business email communication. Gmail has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, or corruption of your and our data. Gmail has no access to our mailbox, and all our email traffic is treated confidentially.
Payment Processor: Mollie
For handling payments in our webshop, we use Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, and payment information (such as your bank or credit card number). Mollie has implemented appropriate measures to protect your personal data. They may use your data to improve their services and may share anonymized data with third parties. All protections mentioned above also apply to any third parties Mollie uses. Mollie retains your data only as long as legally required.
Purpose of Data Processing
We use your data exclusively to deliver our services. This means the processing is always directly related to your request. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing purposes. If we want to contact you for reasons other than your request, we will ask for your explicit consent.
Your data is only shared with third parties when legally required (e.g. for accounting purposes). All such third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements or legal obligations.
Automatically Collected Data
Some technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system) may be collected automatically to help us improve our services. These are not considered personal data.
Legal Obligations
In some cases, YourMusicBingo.com may be legally required to share your data with government authorities for tax or criminal investigations. We will resist such requests as much as the law allows.
Data Retention
We keep your data as long as you are a client. If you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services, we treat this as a deletion request. This means we will delete your data unless there’s a legal reason to retain it.
We are legally required to keep invoices containing your personal data for the applicable retention period. However, staff no longer have access to your client profile or related documents once your account is closed.
Your Rights
Under Dutch and European law, you have several rights regarding your personal data. We explain these rights below. To prevent misuse, we only send copies of your data to the email address we already have on file. If you prefer to receive them via a different email or by post, we may ask you to verify your identity.
We log all data requests, and in the case of a deletion request, we retain only anonymized data. Data is shared in a machine-readable format.
If you believe we are mishandling your data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Right to Access
You have the right to view any personal data we process. Submit your request to our privacy officer, and you’ll receive a response within 30 days. If your request is approved, we’ll send you a copy of all relevant data and a list of third-party processors we’ve shared it with.
Right to Rectification
You have the right to have your data corrected if it’s inaccurate or incomplete. Submit your request, and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Right to Restrict Processing
You may request that we temporarily stop processing your data. We’ll confirm the restriction within 30 days and stop processing until you lift the restriction.
Right to Data Portability
You may request that your data be transferred to another provider. Upon approval, we’ll send you or the new provider a copy of your personal data. Please note that this may prevent us from continuing our services.
Right to Object and Other Rights
You have the right to object to how we process your data. If your objection is valid, we’ll stop processing and provide you with your data. You also have the right not to be subject to automated decision-making or profiling. We do not use your data for such purposes. If you believe otherwise, contact us.

If third-party software uses cookies, this will be stated in this privacy policy.
